Single Rooms

• All room rates are based on double occupancy only.
• Weekday rates without taxes vary from $65.00 to $85.00 depending on a chosen room.
• Weekend rates without taxes vary from $75.00 to $95.00 depending on a chosen room.

Rooms Combination

• Grand and Loft rooms can be combined as a suite for $150.00 without tax. Extra person is $20.00 and each extra child between 2 and 12 years old is $10.00. Contact us for reservations and availability.
• Tatum and Country rooms can be combined as a suite for $125 and $139.00 without tax for weekdays and weekends respectively. Extra person is $20.00 and each extra child between 2 and 12 years old is $10.00. Contact us for reservations and availability.
• All the rooms can be combined and rented as a whole house for $350.00 without tax for up to 12 people. Extra adult charge of $20.00 applies for each person above headcount of 12.  Each extra child between 2 and 12 years old is $10.00. Contact us for reservations and availability.

Tax Rate 

• Tax rate is 13 percent.

       Deposit To Hold a Reservation 

• All reservations are held by credit card, ATM or deposit of a minimum of one night’s stay amount. You can optionally pay the full amount during reservations.

Weekday, Weekend Pricing 

• Weekday pricing applies Monday through Thursday. Weekend pricing applies Friday through Sunday. On holidays and Christmas season (Thanksgiving Day through December 31) weekday rates may not be available. Chapel Ridge Country Inn reserves the right to charge weekend rates on holidays and Christmas season.  

Minimum Stay, Check-in & Check-out

• We require a minimum of a two-night stay during holidays and special events weekends.
• Check-in time is from 2:00 P.M. and check-out time is by 11:00 P.M.

Cancellation 

•  All cancellations are to be made 7 days or more prior to the reserved arrival date, and 30 or more days prior to holidays and special events; else a cancellation  applies. If you cancel within the period fore-mentioned, you will be charged one night lodging and a cancellation fee of $20.00. If we are able to rebook the room or suit for the entire reserved period, you will be charged only $20.00. Full reservation amount is charged if you fail to cancel and reschedule your reservations and do not show up.

• Qualified discount offer (subject to availability, seasonality and met terms and met conditions) will be honored at check-out time.
• A discount offer of our SPECIALS is based on availability and cannot be combined with each other or with other offers.
