• Busy Seasons:  February - June  &  October - December. Slow months are January, August,  and September. Blackout time is Christmas Week.

• In the slow months we will offer specials like two for one. Weekday rates at $59.00 with continental breakfast. Weekday with full breakfast $69.00

• Pastor’s getaway for some R&R  ministry rate weekday $50.00 or $60.00. If need be we will donate some nights.

• The Loft and the Grand can be rated as a Suite for family only for $150.00.
   

• NO discounts on Holidays and special events days.

• Whole house discount available when rated for more than one night at  $350.00 a night no more than 12 people / extra person charge for group rate $10.00
