Off-Peak Sales

Pastors’ get-away

Chapel Ridge Country Inn offers significant discount for a pastor who likes to get away for rest and relaxation, subject to verification of his/her title. Weekday rate is from $50.00 a day per room with continental breakfast. Weekend rate is $60.00 a day per room with continental breakfast or $75.00 with full breakfast. If need be Chapel ridge may donate an extra night. 

Pets

Chapel Ridge Country Inn has a pet friendly policy. We don’t expect anybody to bring a lion as a pet; hence we request that  you contact us ahead of time (preferably while making your reservation) for our specific policies on pets and the types of pets we allow. In some instance there may or may not be related cost, depending on the provision reserved for the pet. An example is a scenario where you are unable to bring pet food and you notify us ahead of time while making your reservation.  Please Use any of the methods in the ‘ Contact us ‘ page of this site to reach us for these sales.

Please be reminded of a few helpful hints, when you travel with your pet.

• It is a good idea to contact your veterinarian before you commence your travel with your pet.

• Keep to the pets normal walking and feeding schedules, if you can.

• You may consider bringing a portable kernel if you are concerned about your pet barking excessively, due to unfamiliar environment. The pet’s kernel is a familiar territory that can provide interim comfort.

• Don’t forget your pet’s favorites; food, toys, medications, leash, collar, id, tags and grooming supplies, especially if you plan an extended stay.

• Keep an eye on your pet always, especially if they are enjoying Chapel Ridge Country Inn’s vast outdoors.

• Always clean up after your pet.

Seniors

Chapel ridge Country Inn offers 5% off the rooms’ standard rates to senior citizens with valid proof of age (60 or over).

 Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Chapel ridge Country Inn has a 7 day cancellation policy for regular season and a 30 day cancellation policy for holidays and special events. All cancellations are to be made 7 days or more prior to the reserved arrival date, and 30 or more days prior to holidays and special events; else a cancellation fee applies. If you cancel within the period fore-mentioned, you will be charged one night lodging and a cancellation fee of $20.00. If we are able to rebook the room or suit for the entire reserved period, you will be charged only $20.00. Full reservation amount is charged if you fail to cancel and reschedule your reservations and do not show up.
